You may all remember that I took the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge and I am here to tell you that it was one of those challenges that was so very simple and I am so thrilled that I took it. All I did was sign up at the 21-Day Challenge website which took me just a couple of seconds.I received a few products in the mail but then of course I picked up at the other LISTERINE® products I needed at my local Walgreens.

It was actually much easier than I thought it would be! We all used  LISTERINE®  products everyday and it went smoothly. When I told the kids that bushing alone actually misses 75% of the mouth which leaves 25% unclean they decided that brushing and rinsing their mouths might be the best idea. I have even managed to get them to floss twice a day. They no longer give me a hard time about getting it done.

Another great thing about signing up was that I was able to get daily emails from the nutrition expert that have really helped me. You get your choice between fitness, nutrition, or home organization to help you tackle other areas and I have enjoyed the emails. They don’t spam you at all. It is one simple, easy to read email a day. Now even though the challenge is over for us we are doing our oral clean routine without a thought!   1. We already use Listerine on a daily basis. But I am really interested in the daily email. I actually would mind an email for each on of the categories. I would love more info on nutrition and organization especially! I’ll have to check it out! Thanks!
