My regular readers know all about my love of The Madelaine Chocolate Company but for those who are new here let me share with you this wonderful company. The Madelaine Chocolate Company is this wonderful chocolatier who began in 1949. When I say wonderful I say I mean absolutely, let in your mouth, heavenly good. I have had the pleasure of reviewing several of their items and am always so thrilled when I get to work with them.
They have a wonderful new product; countdown cards! These are perfect for children( or my case a brother who can’t seem to wait for anything!) I got the pleasure of trying out their birthday one but they do have Christmas cards which, like I said, would be a way of getting a little gift each and every day.
These have seven days and each one if filled with a small chocolate. Since none of us had birthdays right away when we received them my children reasoned (fairly convincingly) that we shouldn’t let them go to waste and began to open them. The little cardboard cover opens very easily and as you can see the chocolate inside is wrapped up. I love that it is wrapped in gold foil because it really makes it look more special, like a little treasure.
The chocolate as always is rich and smooth. I had mine with a glass of wine which made it taste all the better. There is no wrong way to enjoy any of The Madelaine Chocolate Company’s products. They have so many different items for you to choose from and with the holidays fast approaching getting your Christmas candy for your stockings will be a breeze. The Madelaine Chocolate Company has an assortment of holiday candy for all your needs Halloween, Thanksgiving, you name it.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
