Monday Morning Coffee Break 1/18/16

Jan 18, 2016 | Rita

I thought I would take a little time each Monday morning and share something fun with you. It could be a simple little story about something that happened or maybe just a picture. Just a little something that will help make the week begin a little bit brighter and on a better note. Mondays are extremely busy for me and I always feel like I am drowning on that day of the week.

Not to mention that I can only have 1 cup of coffee a week now and I have chosen to have it on the day that I need it the most. I had to cut back drastically because of my blood pressure and blood sugar. So sit back and (I hope that you will) enjoy these little posts each week.

Sleeping Late

As you can see I am terribly late with this today! There is actually a good reason for it! We spent the weekend up in Boone, North Carolina snow tubing among other things. So today I am wiped out! You ever notice how when you sleep really late one of two things happen (1) you’re super tired and grumpy regardless of how late you slept or (2) you wake up ready to climb a mountain?  Luckily I am in between today. I will share the snow tubing with you this week!

What did you get up to this weekend?

I totally agree about sleep it takes days for me to get back on track when the time changes it takes me weeks to get back on track..oh and 1 cup of coffee a week, coffee is so bad..we have a friend that drank so much that the dr told him that if he didn’t stop drinking coffee it would kill him..too much caffeine for the body

The caffeine is a problem for me know. If I have more than one cup I get horrible headaches that take forever to go away.

Rita you need to learn to love water…add some sliced lemon..it’s so good for you and you won’t get headaches 🙂

I only drink coffee once a week too. Snow tubing sounds like a fun thing to do, but I’m sorry you’re so tired.
