When it comes to living longer, our natural instincts look out for us, telling us to avoid danger, look both ways before we cross the street, drive carefully, and so on. Our positive initiative prompts us to eat healthier, exercise, and avoid smoking to keep our bodies healthy. While without a doubt these all contribute to a better quality of life, what if they’re not enough? ZEPTER INTERNATIONAL is focused on educating people across the world about these dangers and providing them with solutions to protect their health and their beauty. They shared with me some facts and tips I was surprised to know and wanted to pass on.
The truth is, every day at home we encounter things that can threaten the well-being of our bodies and minds, both passively and actively without us even knowing it. Here’s three things you can do at home to improve your wellness physically and emotionally and why you should start today…
1. CLEAN YOUR AIR – The EPA ranked poor indoor air quality among the top five environmental risks to public health, with their studies showing that indoor air pollution can be up to 100 times worse indoors than out. Therapy Air Purifying Systems offer significant relief from indoor air pollution, and enable you to breathe clean air again by eliminating dozens of harmful elements floating around in your environment, freeing you from obvious effects like asthma and allergies as well a quiet killers that cause serious side effects.
2. PURIFY YOUR WATER – Did you know that bottled water consistently showed more bacteria than tap water? Containing chlorine and other harmful chemicals, pollutants, and microbes with an acidic PH level that can be detrimental to digestion, and even worse, build up in our bodies causing sickness and disease. Investing in a reliable filtration system, such as Zepter’s Aqueena or their convenient countertop Edel Wasser, is a long term investment in your health by providing you and your family the purest drinking water while saving you money on buying bottled.
3. PROPER FOOD PREPARATION – While many of us make efforts to eat healthier, especially when cooking at home, we may be undoing all our good deeds by improperly preparing food. Overcooking, using too high of heat settings, and frying in general (especially with the wrong oils for high temperatures), can not only kill the majority of essential nutrients in our food, but also release harmful elements from pots, pans, and other materials we may be using. Collections like Masterpiece Cookware are designed to help you easily prepare food in the healthiest way while also protecting you from harmful chemicals being added to your food through their choice of quality and safe materials.
Now that Zepter has shared some fascinating facts and helpful tips for for living healthier, longer, and happier, I’m feeling inspired to do just that. I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I had no idea that bottled water could be worse than my tap water. Scary since I buy it all the time. Wonder if that would include distilled water? gonna have to check into that! Thanks for sharing the information.

I didn’t know that about bottled water. Good thing I don’t buy a lot of it. we always try to use our own water bottles. We also have a water filter, so I know ours is good compared to some. Thanks for the tips!

we dont buy bottled water. we pour tap water into a purifing pitcher. we dont use plastic drinking bottles, we have one metal bottle for each family member. we also use air purifiers and if smokers come over we ask them to smoke outside.
