To the Sea

book review disclosure

We are always so excited anytime a new book from Graham Blanchard publishers makes its way into our home. We have been so blessed to be able to check these books out as they are released and when To the Sea made it way here after a round about trip we could have been happier.

About the Book

As children imagine the sights, sounds, feelings, and tastes evoked in To The Sea, they can take part in one boy’s adventurous day there, with its surprises and rewards. In Graham Blanchard’s Learn, Absorb & Praise™ Collection, To The Sea is a Praise book, which wonders at the amazing miracles found in everyday life and praises the God who made them.

My Thoughts

This is one of the cutest little boards books that we have had the pleasure of reading in a while. The illustrations are simply beautiful and I really enjoyed that it told the creation of the sea. It is perfect for a bedtime or nap time read and the twins simply enjoyed it. It has been added to our weekly book rotation and I can tell you now that it will be worn out long before they get tired of hearing it.

I love books like this for the kids, especially for bedtime, and something that can be read over and over again without them getting tired of it.

I miss buying board books for my kids! They are too old now but those were some of my favorites because of the simple stories, beautiful pictures, and good messages. This one sounds really great!
