I have a small confession to make. I am a bible collector. I love bibles and when I find one that I want or like I get it. That is why I jumped at the chance to review the CSB Tony Evans Study Bible. After looking at it I knew it was a bible that I wanted to check out.

The CSB Tony Evans Study Bible is a christian standard bible which means it is written in the words we speak today. You won’t be lost while reading or spend time attempting to understand a word that is not in use anymore. The leather feel of this bible reminds me of what a bible should feel like. I can remember seeing people carry their bibles into church when I was young and this reminds me of those bibles.

I love the introduction at the beginning of each book of the bible. It gives you a little bit of history about the author (if known) along with other useful information. It really gets you ready to read that book and understand it.

There are more than enough notes, questions and answers, and so much more to ensure that you are getting the most out of the bible. I love this! I read a passage and if I need some more information I can look down below at the notes. I have also found that the questions and answers always tend to come at the moments I need them the most. This was a bible that has been truly designed for studying.

This is a beautiful bible that am enjoying. I love the notes and clarifications. I am currently using the reading plan in the back as well. I am reading my way through the bible in a year. I will say this is one of the best bibles I have seen in a while. It drew me in from the very first moment. There isn’t anything that I don’t like about it.
