It is the start of our official summer vacation! We are all so excited and will be traveling today. The drive is always a long one and to be honest when we get there I want to do nothing more than take a nap. Once everyone is inside and the car is unloaded we don’t really do much more. The first day always us taking it easy and allowing the time in the car to melt away. What does that mean for the blog?
Not much! For today I will not be checking emails at all. Monday I will be back in the work mode (to an extent) and go through any emails. I will respond to them and be checking emails every day for the month that we will be away. I will be working just not as much or as hard as I do when I am at home. I take this time to recharge and enjoy it with my family. None of that affects the blog or the secret project that I have been teasing you all with. Why you may ask?
Because I pre-write and schedule everything for when I am gone. I have been working for several months getting everything together to make this vacation the smoothest ever! I have a full month of articles for you all about the family as well as about blogging. I thought this would be the perfect time to share some blogging knowledge with you all. There are a few giveaways that will be launching during this time as well.
In fact tomorrow is the big launch of my secret project as well as that giveaway. Make sure that you stay tuned and check things out. The giveaway is huge and there is a way to get even more extra entries for here at Rita Reviews. In the event you need to contact me please feel free to use my contact form on the Contact Page or email me. I WILL be asking them as I said. Monday-Friday I will be at the computer from 8am-10am. I know that doesn’t seem like a long time but I am on vacation.
I will check them again in the afternoon and deal with anything pressing. Right now though, as you read this, we are in the car and here is hoping that traffic isn’t too bad. Nor are the kids screaming and making me want to pull my hair out! 🙂 You all have a wonderful July!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
