Every baby has one special little blankie that they love. You know the one that you try to wash but somehow it never seems to be clean long enough. The AllyZabba has a blanket will be that new blankie for your little one this holiday season.
Once her daughters were born, Jill started sewing custom blankets for her daughters and friends. Every time she’d go out with a new blanket she received compliments from people asking where she purchased such cuddly and trendy blankets. Later that year, AllyZabba was born. The online store, named after a strange combination of her two daughter’s nicknames, immediately became a success. Sewing blankets, working with resellers and designing new products for the site occupies all of time the kids are away at school and often late into the night. Hearing the great feedback on her products has been the biggest reward and keeps Jill endlessly inspired.
I received the TravelZabba in Pastel Dot Kiwi (front shown above) and knew right away it was going to be a new favorite. Sam took it and began pulling on it the moment I opened the package. He fell in love with it and hasn’t wanted to let it go since. The colors are neutral so either twin could use the blanket but since Sam loves it the most he gets it.
The back of the blanket is very soft and made of raised plush fabric. Now this TravelZabba is not a full size blanket (it’s 16″x14″) or even big enough to really cover anything other than a small baby or doll. What it is for Sam is something to snuggle with and hold close. It is his security blanket and covers him well enough in his car seat or stroller.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I love both patterns you featured. I totally believe in a security blankee–they just need to be washed often since they’re dragged everywhere!

I love the pattern! There is something about a blankie that every little kid has one. I know both my kids wore holes into theirs. This would make a great shower gift. Plus it’s so stinking cute!

It looks like a very comfortable blanket. It’s nice that they use a polyester blend to give it the silky feel, as I don’t care to support the silk industry. The fact that you can wash it without having to get it dry cleaned or something expensive is also a bonus. Something to keep in mind for friends/family.
