TUMS is on My List of Essentials This Holiday Season

TUMS is on my List

I have acid reflux and other stomach issues so I am no stranger to TUMS! They are the one product that you will find all over my home, in the car, and in every single bag I ever carry. I need them because there are plenty of foods that set off my reflux and I don’t always know which  foods will set it off.

When TUMS asked if they could send me a few things to help get me through the holidays I could not have been happier. It was like Christmas had come early for me (sad I know!) They sent me the following items:

  • TUMS Freshers: The only TUMS product that relieves heartburn fast and freshens breath at the same time.
  • TUMS Chewy Delights: Offers the same great heartburn relief as other TUMS products, but in a delicious soft chew!     
  • TUMS Rolls: Classic TUMS antacids in a convenient roll that fits right in your pocket or purse.

TUMS Soft Chews

The TUMS Chewy Delights are great because they are easy to chew as opposed to the classic. They taste great and work well. These actually are perfect for my mother because of how easy they are to chew. She forgets her teeth (please never tell her I said that) and can’t manage the classic TUMS without them.

TUMS Freshers

My favorites were the TUMS Freshers because they work really quickly and are like taking a breath mint. I swear they are! I keep these in my bag but I have to put them in a separate place in there because I would take them as breath mints without realizing it.

  1. When there is just too much great food around, you need to be prepared. Just a must, unfortunately. But hey, i will get some Tums if it lets me taste it all. 🙂

  3. I suffer from reflux and pre-ulcerous stomach too. I take Zantac a couple of times a day and it works pretty good. But sometimes I need something extra. Perhaps Tums is the answer.

  4. My husband has acid reflux so I buy him Tums to keep in his desk at work. I haven’t bought him the Tums Chewy Delights. I will have to look for them.

  5. I lived on TUMS when I was pregnant! I didn’t know they made a soft chew – that would be good for my kids instead of the ones that I have. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

  8. I have tums and these new ones are good. I actually bought the chewy ones and can handle those a lot better than regular tums. They work quick and get rid of my heartburn even when it is at its worst.
