VTech® Learning Toys

VTech® Learning Toys

**VTech provided me the product in exchange for an honest review. However all opinions expressed are 100% my own and do not reflect those of VTech. **

One thing that is certain is that if you have children then toys are a way of life for you. The thing is, for me at least, is that you want toys that will not only be fun but will help them learn. That is why I am so grateful for VTech®. They have toys that not only allow my children to have fun but to learn as well. Of course they are learning without realizing they are learning but hey who am I to spoil their fun 😉 not to mention their milestones!

From these under-celebrated moments to major achievements, your kids are constantly growing, changing and learning, and VTech® has fun, educational toys for every step of the way! In fact, VTech created the online Milestones resource to help parents select toys based on the individual needs of children from birth to nine years old. Plus, VTech’s Expert Panel provides critical insight into the development of its learning products.

VTech® Spin & Learn Ball Tower™

VTech® Spin & Learn Ball Tower™ (9-36 months; $29.99)

Buy It: VTech  | Amazon

I must say that the VTech® Spin & Learn Ball Tower™ reminds me a little bit of that push toy with the balls that pop in it. At least the sound the balls make do. This was one that both twins really loved and the sounds drive Ma crazy! It very colorful which I use to work on their primary colors with. Saying things like  “Look the ball is going down the green slide” or asking what color ball is sliding down. On top of that it helps with their mechanical and motor skills. Maggie is a bit uncoordinated (so am I) and this really helps her not to mention it helps her focus as she watches the balls come down. I think she has a touch of ADD and this holds her attention.

VTech® Sit-to-Stand Ultimate Alphabet Train™

VTech® Sit-to-Stand Ultimate Alphabet Train™ (12-36 months; $49.99)

Buy It: VTech |  Amazon

The VTech® Sit-to-Stand Ultimate Alphabet Train™ is Sam’s favorite toy. One that he will scream at the top of his lungs if you try to get him off of it or to share. Again I love the colors and the sounds are great. Did I mention that it has a walkie-talkie? It does and that is Sam’s favorite part. He talks to everyone. The train is designed to grow with the child and can be used for floor play or as a ride on that also transforms into a walker.  Also the caboose converts into a wagon they can fill with toys and pull along to develop gross motor skills.

VTech® Spinning Lights Learning Hippo™

VTech® Spinning Lights Learning Hippo™ (18 months-4 years; $19.99)

Buy It: VTech |  Amazon

I really love the VTech® Spinning Lights Learning Hippo™ is Maggie’s favorite toy and I think it has more to do with the color than anything else. This is very much like the old pull string toy that would make sounds like animal noises but she loves it.  She actually plays with it so much that she will tell you what is going to be said before it gets said. Well sort of! In her little voice it sounds so cute! Her L’s come out like W’s.

VTech® Write & Learn Creative Center™

VTech® Write & Learn Creative Center™ (3-6 years; $24.99)

Buy It: VTech   | Amazon

The VTech® Write & Learn Creative Center™ reminds me of another toy and for the life of me I can’t think of the name of it right now. Only it is better! I love that this will help them learn to write their name as well as other things. I have just began including homeschool lessons for them although they really aren’t much. It is mostly focused play time where they are learning colors, numbers, and such but this will really help as they grow.  It has animated demonstrations that will help them follow along to learn proper stroke order for uppercase and lowercase letters.

I always loved VTech toys for my kids. They are too big for them now but back in the day they were the “favorite” toys.

The first Vtech toys I remember for my now 18 and 16 year olds were an Apple a bus and a turtle, all learning toys mostly for ABC’s. After that, other toys were ruined, because we all thought, WHY would we ever buy a NON learning toy? lol. Well, we can see there are many out now with imaginatory play and active play too, for instance that train. LOVE the walkie talkie features.
With grandkids now, we find ourselves in the Vtech area a LOT to buy gifts.
