Have you ever had water with caffeine in it? If not you are not alone as I have not ever had that either. You may be thinking like me and wondering why in the world you would drink water that caffeine in it. After all you could have sodas, teas, and coffees with all of that. That is why I was curious about Avitae which is water with caffeine in it. However I discovered that Avitae is purified water with natural caffeine.
Avitae’s caffeine is derived directly from green coffee beans which is what makes it natural. I have to tell you that this was my first time drinking water with caffeine and I really enjoyed it. It is unflavored but there are different levels of caffeine in the water. The 125 mg Energy Blast which as much caffeine as a 1 1/2 cups of coffee was a bit much for me. I felt like I had drunk three pots of coffee and just couldn’t sit still at all.
I discovered that the 45 mg Energy Kick was the perfect one for me. It gave me enough caffeine to have a little pep but not so much that I felt like I was running a race out of control. It has about the same amount of caffeine as a 1/2 cup of coffee which is about all the coffee I drink anyway. The 90 mg Energy Boost is pretty good but was still just a tad too much for me. There are no calories so you don’t have to worry about that!
