How many of you know someone who is getting married this Spring? My nephew is and if you ask him he will tell you that he is my favorite nephew. He sorts of is but don’t tell the others. He and I just connect differently I guess. My own wedding was nothing more than a trip to the courthouse but now after helping them I wish I had done more.
Wedding Forward is a site that has everything you need when it comes to planning your wedding. They have so many articles that you don’t know you even need. Trust me I didn’t think I needed to know half of the things I had to look up. I thought it was straight forward. It ain’t! There are so many things that need to be taken care of. For wedding guest book, one can check https://www.mixbook.com/wedding-guest-books.
One of the things that I researched over there was wedding songs 2019 because my nephew told me that he and I were going to dance at least once. I don’t know why he thinks this is a good idea but he wants to so I will. Although let me tell y’all that I don’t dance well so he better be ready. I can’t remember the last time I actually danced in front of other people. Y’all cross your fingers that I don’t make a fool of myself.
I also saw an article about cowgirl boots ideas and just had to check it out. The reason is I love that look! If I ever get married again that is the way I am going to go. I don’t care what anyone says. I hadn’t read an article like this one and I got some great ideas that I did pass along because the wedding is going to be in a barn.
That was one of the things I loved about Wedding Forward. They had articles that were on trend for just about any sort of wedding. I was able to rad about dresses for myself and Ma as guests. I have been a little lost on what to wear. My nephew said it is rather casual but I feel like I need something that will work either way. I would hate to get there and find out I wasn’t dress appropriately. Since the wedding is in May there are plenty of dresses that will fit the bill.
I spent several hours on Wedding Forward. I didn’t realize that I had lost myself over there immersed in everything they had to offer. It was so easy to navigate so I spent plenty of time reading the article and taking notes for myself. I know that all of the information I got there will be super helpful not only to my nephew but for my niece who is getting later this year as well.
Of course when my children (not yet!) finally get tot that point I will know where to go for the help I need. I am the type of person who likes to have as much information as possible. It’s probably a good thing I just went to the courthouse. I would most likely be one of those divas that we all watch on the television and think “Good grief! Is she for real?”
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I got married at the courthouse too. I We even both had to work that night! We did have a reception in our hometown maybe 6 months after.
I have been to fancy weddings and ones I enjoyed most were the informal ones.

Wish I had known about the site sooner. My daughter’s wedding is in 17 days. I’ll have to remember the site for future weddings.

I did not do anything elaborate for any of my weddings….and sometimes wish I had done a little more. My son has been engaged forever it seems, but no wedding plans yet, will have to show his fiancee this site maybe she can give him hints. My daughter has some time ahead of her as well before the big day, but she already has some good ideas.

I didn’t do anything elaborate when I got marries. It was a courthouse and done type of thing. I do love all the beautiful ideas you can get if you have the money to do something fancy.

I just went to the courthouse and got married… because I love the IDEA of a wedding but I can’t imagine the stress of dealing with planning one, as elaborate as I would like mine that’s exactly what I would be lol

This sounds amazing. We just got married in november 2018. My brother in law may be proposing soon though, so he and his future wife could definitely use this site.

I wanted to get married at the courthouse! But the money we were going to use for that had to go to our electric bill, SO we post poned it. We wanted to be married before I had my son, but then everytime we thought we had just a little extra, we needed it for a bill. We ended up having a wedding at a church and I think we spent less than $300 including my dress and our rings. My aunt is a cook/caterer and did our reception. It was really nice.
