Weekly Thanks and Prayer Requests {7/20/14}

Jul 20, 2014 | Rita

Any week and things have been getting better. Slowly more and more everyday. I am almost afraid to say that things are great or that I am even hopeful. You all know that I have stopped hoping because it I am afraid of it right now.

Maybe not a afraid but wary of it. I am thankful for all of the small things in life that seem to make each day worth living. I hope that each and every one of you have a blessed week and that you find the smallest thing to be thankful for.

Please leave your thanks and prayer requests below.

    I am thankful for getting to see my family from out of town and being able to explore some new activities with them while they where here. I also am thankful for my best friend who helped me through something this past week and her guidance was a blessing. I learned a lot.

    I am thankful for the financial progress we are making. I am expecting a rough week at work next week as my coworker is on vacation and I will be doing her job along with my job, please pray that I get though it without going too crazy.

    I am thankful today for my family and friends. They have been very supportive during all the medical tests I’ve been going through. I did an MRI on Friday and I expect the doctor to get back to me on Monday or so. I’m hoping for the best but only He knows what is next. This whole thing has me so unfocused and I can’t seem to concentrate on work lately. I have two presentations next week so I’m worried about that, as well.

    I’m so happy to hear that things are turning around for you Rita; the lord is answering your prayers, yes we need to be thankful for the little things, like butterflies and bees!

    I am glad that you are feeling more hopeful. I think we all need some hope to help us make it through each day. Hope gives us strength. I am thankful for all the love and support of my family and friends.
