The best benefit I have found with my Instant Pot is for cooking dried beans. No more soaking overnight and then cooking for hours. I rinse them and then throw them in the IP and add water to the fill line, then cook for 30 minutes. They are perfectly done and so quick and easy! Both hubby and I love all kinds of beans, so now we grow them in the garden and jar up the dried beans until we’re ready to use them and then they’re so quick and easy and can be adapted flavorwise for any meal you’re making.
