So I keep hearing about the Paleo Diet and went in search to find out more about it. So I went in search and actually food some great recipes and information on Ancestral Chef, a food blog full of info. I have learned that the Paleo Diet is in a nutshell the way cavemen ate. I know! I know! The first thing that came to my mind was…..MEAT!! There are members of my family who I promise was born to eat this way.
This particular diet sounds pretty amazing and something I am going to be dipping my toes in. There is one small problem for me No Sugars!! That means no sweets and the French in me is screaming NO!!!!! So I am going to experiment some because let’s face it anything that says DIET in it is a no go for me mentally. It sets me up to fail and I typically do. Also with the Paleo no grains or processed foods. I am actually okay with this as I really don’t like a lot of processed foods and can easily give up grains. I have also noticed that a lot of people on this way of life (not a diet) don’t do diary. I am still learning more about it and will share the information as I get it.
Do any of you already eat this way? I would love to know how it works for you!

My brother eats paleo. He keeps telling me how I should try it and that it might even help my fibromyalgia. I haven’t tried it yet. He has lost about 30 pounds. He thinks it’s the best thing ever. I just don’t know if I could give up pasta. That’s one of my go to meals.
