Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water you could use coconut water if you would like
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 fruit avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz walnuts or use whatever nuts you have on hand

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more water if necessary.
