ZACT from Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores is Perfect for Mom

My mom had a landline phone a year or so ago but since she really doesn’t use it that often paying for a bill each month was pointless, so we cancelled her phone. Now we could have gotten her a cell phone but until now those were pointless as well. What I mean mean by until now it is until ZACT from Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores.

ZACT is the perfect phone for my mom because it is a no contract smart mobile service that works off the Sprint cellular and data network. ZACT provides nationwide coverage while allowing me to choose the voice, texting, and data plan à la carte. What that means is I can pick and choose what my mother will use without having all the bells and whistles that she would never use.

ZACT saves you a lot of money because you pay only for what you use, and you get money back toward your next month’s bill if you don’t use all of your service. It is also sharable which means I could get a phone for my mom and one for Daniel. I thought of Daniel because with ZACT I can set allowances on the amount of talk, text and data, set curfews, set allowed or blocked contacts, and control which apps that he (and my mom for that matter) has access to.

Until now you could only get ZACT from their website but now they are in exclusively in Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores in the U.S. What that means is I can actually go into the store check out the phone and the service first hand. I want to actually let my mom see the smart phone she will be using and make sure she is comfortable with it. Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores are conveniently located in malls and shopping centers and there are 414 stores nationwide.

  2. I think this is a wise thing especially for people who dont need all the fncy things on a phone. Its silly to pay a bunch a month for things you dont use!

  3. I have a friend at work this would be perfect for. She is an older lady and says she doesn’t want to get tied to a contract for years and spend money every month on something she won’t use.
