Loving Zoku

 

 

Even though summer is long gone one this my kids enjoy is fruit bars and pops. I buy them occasionally but always wanted to try making some of our home. Zoku let me do just that with their Triple Quick Pop Maker and we could not be happier. Zoku is known for their housewares and their name means family in Japanese.

When they asked is we wanted to try out the Triple Quick Pop Maker I said yes and jumped at the chance. I wasn’t sure what kind of pops I was going to make but I knew I was going to have fun playing around. The machine is very easy to use, all you have to do is put the base into the freezer for twenty four hours and then fill with whatever juice you want.

Insert the sticks and then return to the freezer for another twenty four hours. Easy peasy!! I thought we would start out simple and make orange juice bars. I knew that was something the kids would enjoy and I would get the hang of things before I ventured into anything more flavorful. One tip I have is that when you take the pops out to let the machine sit out on the counter for a minute or two. It makes getting them out easier especially if, like me, you forgot and left the machine in the freezer for a week.
