Friday has rolled around again, which means it is time for Friday Cocktails! First and foremost I need to say a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Ma! She is bothe the easiest and the hardest to please when it comes to birthdays. As far as presents, she’s pretty easy. When it comes to her birthday dinner she is a little harder. She always says whatever. The problem is that everyone gets what they want for dinner on their birthday.
It is their day and I will cook whatever they want. Honestly, it is the only day of the year I will cook some things because I am just not as crazy about it as they are. This year she has decided she wants SOS which I will tell you I only make when the seniors ask for it. When the kids were younger I made it more often but now I just don’t.
