I use honey for so many things, and I would love to try this honey! Of course, I like to use it in tea, and I love drinking tea! I also like to bake with it, instead of sugar, but also to use it like a glaze on homemade biscuits, breads, etc. I love rolling dough for crackers into seeds and then brushing the top with honey mixed with lemon juice. I also like using honey in homemade icecream, including using it in swirls in the ice cream after it is almost fully churned. I like using honey in homemade halvah (with tahini) and also homemade healthy raw bars, I made some this morning with peanut butter, cocoa, honey, hemp hearts, raisins, ground sunflower seeds.
