    These are wonderful tips. I’m glad I haven’t had to move for a while, and I’m dreading it, this seems to make it not so bad. My niece is now a military wife, and she anticipates having to move a lot – yikes – some of these stats are un believable!

    These are wonderful tips! They also apply to non military families in many ways. I love the tip about selling any non sentimental items on Craigslist a month before you move. I wish we would have done that last time we moved.

    I have so much respect for military spouses. I don’t think I could do it, personally. Moving frequently can only add to that strain. The divorce rate actually seems low. I thought the divorce rate for marriages of any kind was a lot higher than 3.7 percent.
