How to Improve Your Life: The Successful Way to Improve Your Health, Relationships, Career, Personal Fiances and Yourself by: Ray Scudder is one of those self help books that doesn’t talk at you. Which is something I truly enjoyed about the book.It is broken down into 12 easy to read and understand chapters.
One of the things I liked the most is that at the end of each chapter there is a Key Points summary sort of that goes back over everything. for me it allowed me to understand any points i may not have gotten while reading the chapter.
Mr. Scudder has done a wonderful job in explaining and breaking down how to improve things such as relationships. He doesn’t say do this and this and your relationship will be perfect. instead he tells you the small things that lead to bigger things that can be changed and adjusted.
