There is so much out there that children see today that is just beyond our control. One thing that should not be their cell phone. Lets face you get your child a phone so you can stay in touch with them. So they can reach you if they need to. However, you are actually putting the world in their hands along with all of the things out there. All the content on social media that, at certain ages, they shouldn’t be seeing. That is why Radiant Mobile was created.

Radiant Mobile is the first Chritian wireless carrier that is built around the single idea that parents should decide. That’s it, everything is controlled by you the parent and not the network or the app or whoever else. You still get that same 5G nationwide network, the same unlimited talk, text, and data. If you can remember having to wait until after a particular time to call or running out of minutes for the month you can appreciate all that this is. It was as rough as the collect call where you quickly tell your name and where to pick you up at and then hang up. I know that is aging me but hey I remember having to do that. 

I also remember growing up that when my parents didn’t want me to see things I just didn’t. They didn’t have to struggle with any of us seeing things that weren’t age appropriate the way parents do now. Now, an app decides if children should see certain things. The biggest question is who is actually making those choices? My parents were pretty lenient with us and the things we could see. I mean we saw movies that I know some of my friends were never allowed to see. I also think that is why when they said we couldn’t watch one we just didn’t. We knew it was bad if they didn’t want us watching it. 

With Radiant Mobile they handle that for you using Radiant Shield. It means there is a set list of things such as pornography, racism, adult games, etc. that are Hard Block Categories. Those cannot be changed at all. They are blocked at the network level. They can’t be changed and so you don’t have to worry about your six year old finding those sorts of things. Then there are Optional Categories and they are things like gambling that you can decide if your child or yourself for that matter can see them. Because let’s face it, what your six year old sees is not the same as what you allow your sixteen year old to see. This gives you control and you will have different profiles for yourself, your child, etc. It makes it much easier to handle everything.

You also have a Screen Time section that will allow you to set Quiet Time or Block Time so that your kids can use and access their phone when you want them to. That makes things so much easier. Let’s be honest, how many of you have grounded your child from their phone but you still have to let them use it for certain things? This will allow that. My nephew spent so much time on his that my sister in-law made certain house of the day phone free time. That way he would get outside more and not just sit on the phone all day. She would have loved to be able to block him from using it all. I can’t tell you how many times she caught him outside with the phone anyway.

Of course these are just a few of the features that you get when you Join Radiant Mobile and let me tell you I know my sister in-law is already looking to switch. This is a company that is looking out for our children right from the beginning not you having to figure out how to stop something after it happens. That is one of the most refreshing things about them.
