If you have small children one thing you will inevitably go through is nap time whether it is at home or school. The one thing I always hated was watching my brothers and sister send my nieces and nephews off to school with their towel. I never understood why they used a towel for nap time but that was what the schools or maybe the teachers said. Maybe they thought it would be easier. I don’t know. Oh and those awful mats that kids have to lug in on the first day. Berkshire Blankets has Nap Time Mats that are simply brilliant and perfect for any child that takes naps at school, church, or even at home.
We received the Cupcakes Kids Nap Mat to try out and the first thing I love at it that it folds or rather rolls up and has a handy little strap as you see from the picture. It has a removable head rest pillow to make it easier to wash and has a water-resistant backside so it is perfect for even camping if you are going on a rather warm night. I love the pillow and the fact that the whole thing is very light weight. A child could easily sling it across their shoulder to carry by the handle.
The attached blanket makes it all the more perfect and easy to keep everything together. No worrying about your mat and you towel. Not to mention no hopes of something soft to lay your head on! This has quickly become a favorite when watching television here at our home. We keep the air on pretty low so snuggling in the summer is rather comfortable. As you can see its new favorite spot seems to be on the couch rather than on the floor but who am I to complain.
Berkshire Blankets has a grand assortment of blankets for the whole family including throws, comforters, and even sheets. There is something for everyone and the quality of their workmanship is stunning. Our Nap Mat gets plenty of wear and tear as it is dragged all over the house daily and sometimes out into the yard for some star-gazing. So I am more than certain that you will find something that you will love.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
