I told you last week about Reija Eden (you can read that post here) and how I was putting together an outfit to have a Ladies Night Out! Let’s face we could all use one of those every now and again. Mine is actually an early birthday celebration and while I was unsure what to wear I decided in the end to go with comfort and style. it is rather hot here in the South this time of the year and no matter the time of the day it tend to stay that way.
I am actually wear this very outfit today and will be wearing it tonight when I meet my friends for drinks and a little dinner to celebrate. I knew that I was going to be very bust today so I chose something that with change of a handbag and pair of shoes could easily take me from day to night. Something that was perfect for running a few errands in and then I could dress up with little fuss. I tend to be a fairly comfy sort of girl and since I know we are just going to the Mexican restaurant in town tonight there is no need for being super dressed up.
My jewelry piece from Reija Eden is the Crystal Quartz Necklace and is the perfect piece. It is not too over the top nor is it too small. I love that it is crystal quartz because it will go with any colors that I select and while the skirt I am wearing is a bold print I think the necklace stands out perfectly with the top. What I decided was that if changed my shoes from flats to these amazing wedges that I have (seen below) then I could dress it up a bit.
Then of course change my everyday purse to something a bit more dressier and the outfit would be complete. As of writing this my mother is digging around for the purse I talking about! I hate when people borrow things and don’t put them back. I am wearing any other jewelry apart form the necklace because I think that it really doesn’t require anything else. What do you think?

I did although I think I had one drink too many and am paying for it this morning. However since I only see these particular friends a couple times a year then it is okay.
Your outfit was gorgeous! I really love the necklace. I don’t wear gold a lot but I would definitely wear this. I would bet it could be dressed up and dressed down with different outfit choices.
