Have you seen the Bibles that are spiral-bound? I have seen some and I will admit I have been a bit unsure about whether to get one or not. That is why I was so excited to receive the She Reads Truth Spiral-Bound Notetaking Bible. I just knew it was going to be a great way to find out if I liked it or not.

Now, let me say right off the bat this is NOT the entire Bible in one spiral bound book. I received the hardcover New Testament Volume. There are five volumes; Pentateuch, Historical Books, Wisdom & Poetry, Prophets, and New Testament. You can also get the full five volumes set. I admit I will certainly be going back and getting all of the other volumes.

I will tell you that this is a sturdy Bible. The spiral coils are also sturdy and the pages turn on them easily which I love. This is the perfect Bible for taking to church or Bible study class. Since you can lay it flat or turn the pages onto themselves it will make taking notes during those events easier.

I love that it has things broken down in an easy to read format. As you can see in the image above the Ten Commandments are written clearly, not crammed together on one page. It also gives you commentary on them. Now, since I have the New Testament that page isn’t there which is why I wanted to show it to you.

As you can see in the picture above the pages are easily readable with plenty of room for you to write or journal.

Also the maps are amazing. This shows the places Jesus was during Passion Week. I love that it broke things done into this easy to see way. Usually the maps can be a little confusing with all the lines and such.

Not to mention the reading log at the beginning of the Bible. Let me tell you I love this. I can write when I read each time. It’s not just a quick check off which could be important.

Then you have these pages that just make the whole thing that much more special. I am tell you this is a Bible that I will be using for years to come. I can just take the section I need to Bible study and I am loving that. Not that there is anything wrong with carrying the whole bible It is just nice to have only what you need at that moment.
