My Thoughts:

Spectacular Comeback is actually a program with a workbook that helps you clear your mind and environment of clutter and other things. I began working my way through the book and workbook and I will say that it has truly helped me quite a bit. It is very easy and although you will finish certain things very quickly you are urged not o go to the next item but review what you have already done. The idea is to not jump ahead but allow yourself time to absorb.
