One thing that I have always had a hard time with was eating healthy enough when I am busy. Being overweight means I am forever on a diet but when you add in a heart condition and diabetes then I have to really watch what I eat. Now I have gotten much better about it but I have to tell you that spending a week eating the new Atkins® Meal Kits made it a joy to do.
