There are so many things to be thankful for this week that finding the place to start may be a bit hard. This week on Monday I prayed for something and that night it happened. Then on Tuesday I was happy and excited that I was given more later without me having to pray or ask for the help. So my three things I am thankful for this week are:
1.) Answered Prayers because sometimes they really do happen.
2.) The sinus infection that finally went away because I was forced to take it a bit easier.
3.) The ability to know an answered prayer and not just a coincidence when it happens.
Finally I want to share a little story with you today. My niece called to tell me about her cookies from Jesus on Tuesday. She is in high school and said she wanted some cookies but only had 40 cent. She was walking down the hall thinking that she needed only 10 cent more and she could have her cookies. Then, there on the floor was a dime. She was so excited but I really loved that she called them cookies from Jesus. She was thankful for something as simple and small as a cookie.
What are you thankful for today?
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I am thankful fora freezer full of food. It may sound silly to some people, but I have seen times in my life that make me grateful for simple, basic things.

I am thankful for the time I get to spend with my elderly father! He is 82 and I still get to see him and talk to him. It is always a blessing when a parent is still around at this age.

Last night our cat got out and we searched for him for two hours I was so scared something had happened to hoping and the fact it was freezing temperatures didnt help. He came back home though all in one piece Im thankful he’s home safe today 🙂
