The Pound Puppies: Homeward Pound

I grew up with The Pound Puppies! I can remember the cartoon and the action figures (is that what you call animal dolls?) Anyway, I loved them. They are a team of fearless dogs at Shelter 17 on a sworn mission to make sure every dog has a home. Their motto is:

A pup for every person and a person for every pup!

I am so glad that my children were able to experience this series with me. The Pound Puppies: Homeward Pound is a series with a great message that is conveyed in a cute and thoughtful manner. The kids thought it cute but fun which is their way of saying they liked it without having to admit they like anything from my childhood because lets face it I am old.

The Pound Puppies series is currently airing on The Hub in the U.S and YTV in Canada.
