Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Fresh lime wedges

Toppings:

  • shredded cabbage
  • avocado
  • salsa
  • cilantro
  • whatever else you want

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Serve on warm tortillas with desired toppings and lime wedges.
