Okay well here it is and please don’t judge! I actually cracked my tooth last night and now can’t get it fixed until August because it is not an emergency and the dentist is booked until then. Oh joy!

I am following your Shaklee posts very close to see how this works for you. My daughter wants to lose weight (post baby weight and also stress weight from school, work, kids…stress does not allow to lose easily)
I know for some the meal replacements are hard, but for some reason I do BETTER with this type of program because it is fast, easy, nothing to cook differently than the other family members and helps me not to focus too much on mealtimes. I am also looking for some vanilla protein powder to put in my daily smoothies, so will go take a look at the nutritional value. Unless you might be able to post a close up photo of the back of container and bars with nutritional values? Thanks!

I am eager to see how this program works. I really like not weighing every day–even when I was thin I could fluctuate 5-8 lbs during a month. The bra size–lol—that’s funny to me, because that’s one of the first things I noticed as I put on weight.
