This month you are going to find a ton of recipes and articles that are all about easy cooking. There will of course be the other more involved one but I am a big fan of easy. As a working mother I have to be able to make dinner or other meals sometimes at the last minute. I also need to have things that can be made at the drop of a hat for unexpected guests.
Having those sort of go to items makes life much easier for me. I hope that you will find many of the recipes and articles useful and that they maybe give you some ideas for your own cooking. I actually have more than 1000 “easy” recipes but I won’t be sharing all of them with you just a handful, although you just never know. I may share a number of them with you or even put together a quick little cookbook for you!

Yeah!! I am also all about easy! There are some days I rush home from work without a clue what we are going to have for dinner. I would love as many easy recipes as you want to share. A cookbook would be amazing!
Bring them on! Good meal planning plus easy recipes will make my evenings a lot less stressful. To be honest, dinner time is one of the toughest times of day in my house!
I am all for easy…makes dinner so much less stressful to plan! Dinner just always sneaks up on me and then I have some short period of time to throw together something decent…it’s not easy at times!
I definitely could use more easy and last minute meal ideas. I try to stay on top of meal planning, but it is hard. Sometimes I have something planned, and then my schedule gets off, so I can’t do that meal anymore. We have a few easy options, but I’m sick of them and I think my family is sick of them too.
