Bring on the Footwear!

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and I know that many of you are trying to figure out what you want. If you are a man reading this then listen up. One of the best gifts I ever received for Valentine’s Day came from a friend. It was an amazing pair of women’s winter boots that I adore. It is a pair of knee-high boots that have a flat sole.

They are perfect for everyday wear and my ankle issue that I have. If I didn’t have that problem though I would wear the highest heel I could get away with. After all, us short gals have to use every tool to our advantage. If you are looking for a perfect Valentine’s gift or even a sexy pair of shoes try a thigh-high boot. Paired with the right dress you will have every guy in the place drooling. Guys, us women love boots!

If you have a gal who isn’t into boots then a pair of women’s comfort shoes may be the way to go. I have a friend who loves to run and we buy each other gifts for every holiday there is. While Valentine’s Day is all about the romance sometimes we just want something we need. A pair of comfortable shoes may be the thing that makes our hearts go pitter patter. Of course she may throw the shoes at you as well but I promise at some point she will wear them. Every woman out there is a sucker for shoes.

My brother calls me and asks if his wife has mentioned anything she wants for Valentine’s Day and if she has I tell him. I have told him plenty of times about a pair of shoes or boots that she wanted. They are gifts that she already knows she is going to like so there isn’t an awkward moment. It would be so unromantic to open a gift and think “Dang I have to smile and say thanks. Then figure out who I’m giving these to.”
