Cosmos Creations: A Different Kind of Popcorn!

I LOVE popcorn! I do, what I don’t love is the fact that kernels and such get stuck between my teeth. Not to mention sometimes you get some that is just too hard to eat. That is why when I was given the chance to try Cosmos Creations I thought why not! I mean it couldn’t be that bad which I was right! It is flipping AWESOME!! Honestly I lived off of this while I was at the hospital the last couple of weeks. It provided me with a snack that would carry me through while I was dealing with everything else.

Cosmos Creations, based in Junction City, Oregon, uses natural ingredients and created a line of premium puffed corn snacks with an artisan taste. These snacks are gluten- free, trans- fat free, includes no hulls, no kernels and non-GMO corn.  They are also minimally processed with no artificial ingredients. Flavors include: Cheddar & Pepper, Salted Caramel, Caramel Apple Crisp, Sea Salt & Butter, Coconut Crunch, and Spicy Sriracha. Each one has its own unique flavor but I wanted to tell you about my three favorites.

Salted Caramel

This was the best thing I have ever tasted and I am so glad that I got some little bags as well. I shoved them inside my overnight bag and saved them for when I really needed a pick me up. While I went through treatments this helped me stay upbeat because it reminded me so much of my childhood and going to the fair.

Coconut Crunch

This one surprised me the most. It tasted a little like those coconut things you used to could get in the vending machine. I’m not sure what they are called bu that is Of course maybe since this starts with their caramel recipe could really have a lot to do with how much I love it. If you are looking for a grown up version of popcorn then trust em when I say this is it!

 

 

Spicy Sriracha

Okay this was spicy and I loved it! Although I will say that my tummy wasn’t overly crazy about me eating but that is alright.  If you have never eaten Sriracha before and aren’t sure you can handle the eat of what I think it the hottest hot sauce ever I would suggest you take one careful bit of this. If you are looking for the kick of spice then this is the one for you.
