  7. I have tried to shorten the tweet, but the whole thing pops back in when I click on tweet, & it is over 140 characters & won’t let me tweet

    • I will check it again but I have changed it and it goes through with no problem when I enter it directly into twitter.

  9. Hi Rita! Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that the Tweet is still over by 21 characters. I edited it down leaving all the links and tags and tweeted it that way. I hope that’s all right.

    • It’s fine. I found out that for whatever reason it has to do with the person tweeting browser or the site that you are entering on. I entered the tweet directly into twitter and it is within the requirements. Shortening it is perfectly fine.
