I love this quote! I think it is so true. I know for myself that I am not great about starting new things or making changes. I know it’s so much easier just to go with the flow. This is a great reminder to push yourself.

I love this quote and oh how true it is. I am not one who likes change it is always hard for me. But then change can lead to good things.
