We are back with another amazing shirt from North Fork Gear! Once again, they provided us with this amazing shirt that has Insect Shield® Repellent Technology. Once again the wonderful people at North Fork Gear came through in a way that makes me so happy and excited. You can see the silky smooth texture of this shirt in the pictures. It feels so wonderful.
The Faran Sport Shirt works just like the Darian shirt in that the Insect Shield® Repellent Technology keeps bugs away for 70 washings and protects against the diseases many of those bugs carry. It is also moisture wicking and wrinkle free. once again my uncle is wearing an XL and they range in size from XSmall to 3XLarge.
Now this one does have a semi-fitted athletic cut as well as a crew neck with covered stitch seams. It is available in seven different colors. My uncle likes only black and dark colors so selecting the black color was an easy choice. Once again, I know many are wondering about the smell. In my opinion the scent is less than the other one. Not that either one really smell at all. I mention it because this shirt is make with a repellent built in and I know some smell funky. Now with this one you only get a 40+ UPF sun protection as opposed to the 50+ of the other. However, this is a short sleeve versus a long sleeve shirt.
This was my we got from North Fork Gear! It looks amazing on my uncle and I must say I want one for myself. It would perfect for gardening in the summer. I can’t wait! Rarely do I come across this style of shirt and say that I want one for myself. I typically only wear a fitted women’s cut because anything else makes me look so large. however, I think for this technology I would wear this one. However, North Fork Gear does carry women’s shirts.
