Friday has rolled around again, which means it is time for Friday Cocktails! This week is actually the pictures I meant to do when I forgot a couple of weeks ago. I almost forgot today as well. Then i was in the shower and remembered.
I don’t know what is going on with all the forgetting but I sat down and made a list of everything I needed or wanted to get done as well as a sort of brain dump. Maybe doing that will help me get back on track so to speak. I think I have just had a lot going on and my brain is running a million miles a minute with everything I need to do.
Dallas Texas – JFK The Sixth Floor Museum
The Sixth Floor Museum is in the old Texas School Book Depository building and details the assassination and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. It was one of the things we wanted to do in Dallas. The X on the street marks the spot where the motorcade was when he was shot.

Week had its ups and downs, but my mom’s making a peach pie for me, so I’m happy!
I have had a busy week running errands and trying to keep my plants outside alive in this terrible heat wave. We are now choking on smoke from wildfires in our area super scary here right now.
My week was okay.
Turning 65 next month so lots to deal with
I have spent my week dog sitting my neighbors black lab/great dane. He is a big dog but he is a sweetheart. He has a lot of anxiety so it can be interesting but overall, it has been a good week.
It has been a week of prepping for back to school.
My week was uneventful.
I’ve been busy working and two of my kids started back at college so they’ve been busy, too.

Unfortunately I had kind of a blah week, not sick or anything just kind of run-down and lethargic, consequently I didn’t get much done, just lounged around watching Netflix
I actually managed to accomplish some things at work this week, and I’ll end it with my birthday tomorrow 🙂
