Menu Monday 7/21/14

Jul. 21, 2014

As I told you last week instead of putting what we are having for dinner each night this week I will be telling you what will be coming up this week at BiCultural Kitchen. It is just easier and I think that it may be better for all of you as well as you can see something that may interest you. I am curious though about how you all plan your menu for each night of the week. Are you a sit down and plan what you will have for the week or are you more like me and cook whatever comes to mind for that day?

I am a fly by the seat of her pants chica in the kitchen! I never know what I will be making from day to day until I figure out what I and my familia are in the mood for. This week on BiCultural Kitchen you will find:

  • A Few Cake Decorating Ideas
  • Wordless Wednesday
  • Amish Friendship Cake
  • Banana Pecan Cake (I didn’t get this added last week)
  • How to Make Your Icing Smooth and Even

Awesome menu plan! I do this in my home, we have a menu on the wall in our kitchen, and I preplan meals weekly, that way everyone in the household knows what I will be cooking up in the kitchen. My favorite I made this week was german chocolate cake with coconut shavings on top. It was delish!
